SC Vegetarian Chili

 

Chili is a great meal to be enjoyed at any time of the year, filled with robust textures and flavors one bowl will leave you satisfied. Storing the rest in the refrigerator will ensure that the leftovers taste amazing!
Servings: 4 

Ingredients:
1 can Goya Black Beans
1 can Goya Chic Peas
2 cans Goya Red Beans
1 can RO☆TEL
2 cups of water 
6 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
2 Tablespoons Paprika
3 whole jalapenos (sliced)

Instructions:
1. Drain and rinse beans
2. Combine all ingredients in an electric skillet or 3.5QT crockpot, stir and slow cook. Cook time: electric skillet simmer for 3hrs; crockpot on low 4-6hrs (Stirring intermittently while cooking will ensure that the flavors merge to lock in the flavor)
3. Top with your favorite toppings (cheese, avocado, sour cream)
4. Serve with saltines or cornbread (if your are fancy!)
