Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
8oz baby carrots
3 stalks celery chopped
1 onion chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
5 cups of water
1 tsp salt
1 TBS pepper
1 tsp creole seasoning
1/2 lb. chicken breast rinsed
6oz egg noodles
Instructions:
1. Combine vegetables, 3 cups of water, chicken and 1 chicken bouillon cube into a crockpot, cook on high temperature for 4 hours
2. Then remove chicken from crockpot and shred, then place back into crockpot
3. Next add an additional 1-2 cups of water, 2nd bouillon cube, salt, pepper, creole seasoning and egg noodles to crockpot, stir and continue to cook on high for another hour
4. Serve with your favorite side or sandwich
