Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:
3lb cooked shredded chicken
28oz crushed tomatoes
8oz cooked black beans
8oz corn
1 chopped onion
1TBS cooking oil
1TBS minced garlic
1tsp cumin
1TBS new Mexican chili pepper
1TBS cilantro
1 lime
1 jalapeno diced
3 cups chicken broth

Instructions:
1. Heat electric skillet to 350 degrees add cooking oil & onion and sauté for 5 minutes then add garlic and sauté for an additional 3 minutes 
2. Next add crushed tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken, seasonings and squeeze lime juice, cover soup, reduce heat to simmer and cook for an hour
3. Top with tortilla strips and serve
