Minestrone Soup
Ingredients:
12oz carrots
12oz green beans
12oz kidney beans (cooked)
12oz diced tomatoes
12oz tomatoe sauce
28oz crushed tomatoes
1 onion chopped
2TBS minced garlic
8oz dry pasta
4 cups water
4TBS oregano
1TBS creole seasoning
1tsp red pepper flakes
1TBS cooking oil
1 chicken bouillon cube
Instructions:
1. Heat electric skillet to 350 degrees and add cooking oil and onion, sauté for 5 minutes then add garlic and sauté for an additional 3 minutes
2. Add carrots, green beans, tomatoes, kidney beans, tomatoe sauce, diced tomatoes, seasonings, chicken bouillon and water to crockpot and cook on high for four hours
3. Then add dry pasta and continue cooking for an additional hour and serve
