Ravioli w/Fire Roasted Tomatoes

 

Pasta has a way of making you feel full every time that you consume it! This recipe is a mixture of heat and hearty that will leave you satisfied. I hope that you too will indulge!

Ingredients:
20oz Cheese Ravioli
1 can Marinara Sauce
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Minced/Dried Chopped Onion
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning

Instructions:
1. Heat electric skillet at 350°.
2. Add diced tomatoes and garlic, cook for 4 minutes (until the majority of juice has evaporated).
3. Then lower the temperature to 250° and  add marinara sauce, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and onion. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes, then set aside in bowl.
4. Boil ravioli according to package instructions and drain.
5. Then combine cooked ravioli with marinara sauce in electric skillet and simmer at 250° for 12-15 minutes.
6. Serve with your favorite veggies and Texas toast.
