Cajun Turkey Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sliced Cajun Turkey Breast
- 1 Yellow Onion
- Bolillos Rolls
- Colby Jack Cheese Slices
- 4 Tablespoons Butter/Margarine
- Favorite Toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles ect.)
- Favorite Condiments (mustard/mayonnaise)
- Toast bolillos rolls and plate
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in electric skillet at 350 degrees and add turkey, cook until brown, then melt cheese on top of meat stacked in serving size and place inside bolillos rolls
- Slice onion, heat additional 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté until tender and place on top of cooked turkey
- Top with your favorite toppings and condiments
