Texas Gulf Shrimp Sandwich
Ingredients:
1lb medium or large deveined shrimp w/shell off
1 bag Romain salad mix
Shrimp breading
1 cup olive/cooking oil
Bolillos rolls
Garlic parmesan sauce
Instructions:
1. Rinse shrimp and coat with breading
2. Heat oil in electric skillet at 350 degrees, add shrimp and cook until pink in color and plate
3. Toast bolillos rolls using a scant amount of oil in the skillet
4. Dip shrimp in garlic parmesan sauce and place on bolillos roll, top with Romain salad mix and serve with fries.
