Beef Chili
Ingredients:
16oz dry red kidney beans
6oz dry pinto beans
2 chicken bullion cubes
1 chili seasoning packet
1 onion chopped
1lb ground chuck
1 can Rotel
6 cups water
1tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
1. Quick soak kidney and pinto beans by boiling 2 cups of water and beans for 10 minutes, the remove from heat, cover and let sit in water for 1 hour. Then rinse beans and place in crockpot with 4 cups of water & chicken bullion to cook for 6 hours
2. When beans are done cooking, heat electric skillet to 350 degrees and cook until no longer pink. Then add cooked beans chopped onion, Rotel, minced garlic, chili seasoning packet and 1 cup of water. Simmer chili for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally
