Buffalo Chicken Dip



Ingredients:
1/2 whole fryer chicken
1 chicken bullion cube
3 cups of water
12oz cream cheese
9oz Texas Pete hot sauce
4oz mild cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Rinse chicken and place in crockpot along with chicken bullion and water, cook on high temperature for 5 hours.

2. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred

3. Rinse crockpot and place chicken, hot sauce and cream cheese in crockpot and cook on high temperature for 1 hour then add mild cheddar cheese and stir. Continue cooking for an additional 1-2 hours so that all cheese has melted
