Carnita Pork

Ingredients:
1-2lbs pork butt
1TBS Mexican oregano
2tsp cumin
1TBS black pepper
2tsp kosher salt/sea salt
1 onion chopped
4tsp minced garlic
1 jalapeno seeded & diced
2TBS olive oil
7oz orange juice

Instructions:
1. Rinse pork and place in crockpot along with seasonings, oil, onion, garlic, jalapeno and orange juice. Cook on high temperature for 6 hours. Then remove pork, shred and return to crockpot to cook for an additional 2 hours.
