Creamy Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
58oz crushed tomatoes
1 tomato bullion
1 cup half-n-half
4TBS dried basil
14oz diced tomatoes
1 cup of water
2TBS Italian seasoning
Instructions:
1. Heat electric skillet to 350 degrees add tomatoes, bullion, water and seasonings and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to warm.
2. Simmer for 2-3hours
3. Then add half-n-half and stir, continue to simmer on warm temperature for an additional hour
