Meat sauce Lasagna

Ingredients:
1/2lb Italian sausage
9 lasagna pasta sheets
24oz marinara sauce
14oz diced tomatoes
14oz tomato sauce
2TBS minced garlic
2TBS onion seasoning
2TBS Italian seasoning
2TBS Creole seasoning
1TBS black pepper
2 TBS cooking oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups Italian cheese
1cup frozen chopped spinach thawed

Instructions:
1. Prepare the meat sauce as follows:
a. Heat electric skillet to 350 degrees add 1TBS cooking oil along with Italian sausage and cook until no longer pink
b. Then add marinara sauce, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, spinach, garlic, onion, Creole seasoning and pepper; stir and reduce temperature to warm and simmer for 1.5-2hrs stirring occasionally and set aside

2. Prepare lasagna sheets according to instructions and set aside

3. Heat electric skillet to 200 degrees and begin creating lasagna by first placing some of the meat sauce at the bottom of the skillet then layer three times as follows: 3 lasagna sheets, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese and Italian cheese

4. Reduce temperature to warm and simmer for an additional hour
