Pork Stew
Ingredients:
1lb stew pork diced
3 whole potatoes diced
2TBS onion powder
8oz baby carrots
16oz dry split green peas
2 chicken bouillon cubes
6-8 cups of water
2TBS cooking oil
3TBS paprika
3TBS Creole seasoning
2TBS garlic powder
2TBS black pepper
Instructions:
1. Rinse pork, heat electric skillet to 400 degrees add cooking oil and pork, brown each side of meat and reduce temperature to warm
2. Add split peas, water and chicken bouillon cubes cover and simmer for 2hrs, stirring occasionally
3. Next add seasonings, carrots and potatoes cover and simmer for an additional
2hrs stirring occasionally
